cold shower noisy air conditioning
The service was acceptable though I expected more given the price.
I had issues with the shower. It alternated between scalding HOT and freezing COLD. The air conditioning was also very NOISY. It kept me awake several nights, impacting my ability to rest.

convenient location excellent service breakfast options
the location was convenient, close to many attractions. housekeeping maintained a super clean environment and provided excellent service. the breakfast offered varied options, and the food quality impressed me. i particularly appreciated the attentiveness of the staff .
the room temperature control proved difficult to adjust, resulting in some discomfort at night.

Disappointing refund process
I had a very bad experience with post-stay customer service. I am owed a refund since July 2024 (and it's now September). I have received neither the money nor any meaningful reply to my repeated emails. I find it UNACCEPTABLE for a hotel of this supposed level to ignore its customers so completely.

desk scratch room condition
i found a couple things disappointing. the bathroom was quite small for the room size. i also noticed some wear and tear on the furniture, especially the desk, it had a noticeable scratch. this detracted a bit from the otherwise luxurious feel. i hoped for better attention to detail in maintaining the room's condition. the scratch on the desk was quite visible, small bathroom
